When I click on my online id, another page loads suggesting I write my passcode in without the sitekey being displayed. Then if I click on the online id again to try to load the page to get the site key, I get the message that my browser can not display.

I have not been able to get on to online banking for about a week now. I miss it because I like to watch my credit card charges, and my checking balances constantly. I have reformatted my harddrive thinking that would clean everything up and make it possble for me to get online banking with Bank of America. I wonder if they changed something that is making it impossible for me to get on. I am using IE8 for yahoo. Before I reformatted my harddrive I was using IE8. I have spent many hours trying to fix the problem before reformatting the harddrive. I got the run around from Bank of American Customer Service employees who shifted me from one person to the other, and finally to someone named Mohammed, who was really hard to understand. He worked with me suggesting I download Mozilla Firefox, and he along with others had all kind of suggestions none of which worked. He finally gave up, and said some technition would have to attemp to solve my problem. I had someone online chat today trying to help me, but I lost my internet connection while she was attempting to help me, and I was out of time, needing to haul my water for the house. I think it is not my problem because everything else I try to do works, except for getting on with Bank of America Online. I think it is the bank's problem, and I have gotten online with online banking with Bank of America for a long time with success until about a week ago. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me take care of this problem so that I can use Online banking with Bank of America as I really miss it!
