Netfix on PS3 not working

Tried the troubleshooting steps that it walks you through on the PS3 says one of the servers is down(#3 i think it said). If this is the case, nothing Netflix can really do except for them to call Amazon(which by now I'm sure they have) because that is who maintains their servers to stream movies!
Apparently each server they have relates to the certain type of device you are using. Grrrrr!!!! Patience everyone. Try watching it on a computer instead, since that seems to work for me at least!
