Netflix will not start on my wii

Every time I try to load it, I get a grey box that says "Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visit: www.netflix.com/tvhelp"
I have done everything suggested. I restarted, erased and relaod netflix on my channels and checked my internet connection, which is fine.
