Bill Pay Choice DOWN. Anyone else having this problem?

This has been unavailable for WEEKS now. Very frustrating. I've used three different browsers, to no avail.
Word to the wise: DON'T CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER, they will probably cancel your cards right then and there.
