bill pay function totally broken

I pay all my bills via online bill pay.
tried to use bill pay, clicking verify does not create a payment.
will not even transfer from my chase checking to my chase CC card.
contacted chase via email, they agreed to do it by hand.
2 days not working so far.
when it will be fixed completely unknown.
