unable to login

I am trying to access my statements for a situation needed asap for the past 3 months. Dec 1st 2012 until feb 17 2013. When I try to log in, it says the site is temporarily unavailabl and try again later or call 1.800.bank.bbt. in which case, I did at least 4 times because the promots were too fast.
My questions:
How long will this outage last?
How come an email wsnt sent out earlier to advise us of the technical difficulties?
Can statements be emailed by a representative in an attachment so if this happens again, your valuable customers are prepared?
This is not truly 24 hour banking, is it? (Sarcastic emphasis)
Not a happy customer right here considering I'm working on time sensitive information... thus the reasoni am trying to finish up at 4am. I have been dealing with this sice 2am est. Also tried phone service but it couldn't give me the informarion needed. at the initial call, it said a representative will be with you shortly. However after being put on hold for close to 5 minutes, the recording stated that noone is available to take my call; due to your hours being from 6am- midnight I will need to call during normal business hours.
I would like a response as well as offered solutions at your earliest convenience.
