Nothing On Site is Wokring NEED to make transfer!!!

You can look at account and activity but the entire site is working slow..very slow. This is unacceptable that the site has been down for two days now. I need to make a transfer and cannot due to the lack of service this bank offers. I will be changing banks as soon as I can.
