Called chase regarding their website issues. The representative (Adrian Garcia....very courteous) informed me that the issue should be resolved in 30-60 minutes. He let me know that if I needed to I could call back in an hour and a supervisor SHOULD be able to override in order to handle our fraud protection etc.; The constant website issues are a serious problem!
