TRYING TO ACCESS NEW ACCOUNT AND CANT!!

I am trying to log into my new account with Chase, and I cannot, today is payday for me and this sucks because I need to know if you guys have my paycheck or not!!!! I should have stayed with my credit union because this is pathetic, their site NEVER went down. I don't have time to go to an ATM and check my balance before my lunch break today and don't want to be embarassed when I hand them my card with you guys and its DECLINED!
