I have the sharp aquos, i couldnt get it to work for 2 days. Called netflix and they told me to use the "up-down" code to deactivate and then sign in again.. didnt work. I unplugged tv and didnt work. This morning I went into the menu on tv and selected netflix help... from there i chose "deactivate" and then tried to connect again... this worked.. I signed back into my account and now am able to watch netflix.. hooray!
