When you hit purchase label, The page recycles & does not load.

Due to today's Postal Rate Change, when you hit purchase label, The page recycles & does not load. I am having to go to Shipping Label link on MyEbay main page to reprint the shipping label to print my label because of this issue. I live in the Central U.S. Arkansas to be exact. I have scripting enabled & have restarted my computer to verify this is a website technical flaw. I am either doing the above or using my Stamps.com account software which has an update to reflect the change.
