Roku can't load video same as Xmas eve and Xmas day!!!!

Select a film hit oh o Roku reote, syas retreiving little red bar goes to about 5% and then quits saying it's a connection issue, which it's not! again! my laptop can get internet no problem. This is a BS ROKU/NETFLIX ERROR.
or it just goes back to the film page lie nothing happened. I want a refund from netflix this was the biggest waist of money buying a Roku.
