Netflix Still Down

Tried connecting to Netflix this Christmas morning. The first time I tried connecting, a pic of Bush holding a kitty popped up. What is that? Has anyone else seen this pic? Is someone hacking or playing around with Netflix? Following attempts to connect to Netflix didn't show the pic, but the Netflix help tab leads me to a message that Firfox can't establish a connection.
