central Iowa- Roku hasn't worked since yesterday

Netflix and Hulu+ won't work. Roku xs says there is no internet connection, but every other device works. Have tried umpteen times to log on. Gain access momentarily & then error 010- no internet connection. Have been able to use Netflix and Hulu+ on computer since the problem on Roku.
