netflix not loading on Samsung plasma smarttv

Getting the following message when I try to access Netfkix:
"We're unable to connect you to Netflix, Please try again or visit www.netflix.comvhelp for guidance."
The website doesn't work
Huluplus is down as well. I'vechecked my internet access on the television and it's fine. All other apps work
