Netflix won't load on CHRISTMAS EVE for gosh sakes!!!

Of all days in the year to watch Netflix - Christmas Eve when most all are home and with the family and wanting to enjoy some family time together - Netflix is down and will NOT load. We're here on the East Coast, EST, and it's 9:43pm and Netflix has been down for at least 2 hours or more. I agree with some of the comments - some type of refund should be issued or a free month given for it being down on one of the most important days of the entire year!
