site down for over 3 hours

I'm in North Carolina and I've been trying to get onto the WF site for over 3 hours now, but it just keeps trying to connect until I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I can get on every other site fine. Also, a friend from Minnesota says he can access the site just fine. Is there a DDoS attack going on?
