can't use search function

Haven't been able to use search function for a month, cancelled account. Now still can't use it but there is a msg. when you come on saying to press and hold to fill a box to prove you are human. it keeps coming up,showing you were successful but comes up again everytime you try to search. Have reported to Walmart about this and other problems for a month to no avail.
