Not able to use SNAP CARD

This is totally insane why my snap card wont work .This problem is only when I use it onlone at walmar.tI can use it perfectly anyhwere else.Walamrt need to crap or get off the pot and strat caring about customers more.ALl they do is lie and give excuses.They are never wrong neither.Its always someone elses fault.I have had nothing but problems since I joined walmart+ and no way I will buy it again after this.Months and months of problems.
