After an hour I finally got my item to the shopping cart. Then I was unable to checkout. Tried for about 2 hours, but no luck. This morning it is worse. I can't even get the item into my shopping cart. Same thing happened the last time I tried to order online about three months ago. I went into the store to customer service, and they ordered the item. They said problems with their website. This is NO way to do business.
