Won't show WF page

I was online doing some banking transactions (or trying to) when the whole thing just suddenly refused to go to any other screens. I closed my browser and tried to get back onto the website, but it kept reporting webpage as not available. I also tried logging in through my phone, but same thing; "Error retrieving your data".
