Just to clarify, to change the PIN of your EBT card, you would need to call the customer service number on the back of the EBT card. From there you just follow the automated prompts. Once you have the changed the PIN (Note: this will also be the new PIN that you use whenever you use the card), then try and register again, using that PIN as the PIN that is asked for.
