ive been trying to get a copy of my statement since aug.. its nov and the site is still down? i cant even register it always stops when i put in my birthday, it says they cant verify my identity and post a "customer service" number to a robot. im done trying theyre site found what i needed at the dshs website where i created an account and they have all my monthly ebt deposit statements. F U!! CHASE!!
