I finally got it to work for me. The only thing I did different was call the customer service number on the back of my card and changed my pin number from the one that was sent with the card. Then I tried activating my card again, and where it asked for my pin there was then an option that said something like "use current pin". I entered the new pin I had set on the phone, clicked "use current pin" and I was allowed to activate my card. I don't know if it was just of fluke or not. Good luck to you two.
