Since Chase took over its never worked 4 me. EVERY time I've tried to use the site there has been a prob. It won't let me put my birth date on registration n I'm doing it as per CHASE's format example! I NEVER had a prob ever not even once when it was JP Morgan. I have no cell reception here n need 2 know my balance so HAVE to do on line. This is fkn bull s!*t!!!!!! SMMFH
