"UCARD CENTER" is screwed up, and that's being nice to them. It does not reconize my case number, Social Security number or even date of birth.
The "hotline" is only slightly better, I call and punch in the case number the automated response then "informs" that the number is not valid even though it is valid, and I have not received any notifications that I needed to see the case worker.
