The old website was perfect, fast, and reliable.
This new UCARD website times out 3 out of 4 times.
I have to constantly resubmit the request to load a page.
It used to take me mere seconds to check up on my account, now it takes half an hour.
ALSO.... a lot of the information, such as payment dates, debits, credits, are wrong! Yes, wrong information! Also, missing information!!!! I confirmed this by speaking to a customer service rep. on the phone.
I expressed my concerns and frustration about the website, but absolutely nothing has been done about it.
I AM NEVER USING CHASE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
