Can't check out

First, it would not saved my added items when I go to save. Then, after re-adding the items. I get a message stating that items had to be removed in order to save my purchases. The site decided to "now" add my items back giving me a surplus of items that have limits to them. So, after fixing that, I went to save and i get the message of technical issues please try again in a minute. Its been over an hour and it still will not turn over and save. Only thing left now, is for it be save, but tell me some items are out of stock (due to this delay).
