Cannot complete purchase, multiple breakdowns

Let me begin by saying that as someone who is at risk for COVID and shares a single vehicle within an entire household, I have been thankful to Walmart allowing such large pickup orders so that I only need venture out once or twice a month and maintain a level of extremely minimal contact.

 

However, completely redoing the website without any forewarning was not only an inconvenience, it was morally irresponsible during our current pandemic. I was in the middle of placing an order shortly after midnight last night when I was completely kicked out for the site change. Several hundred dollars worth of groceries disappeared from my cart with nothing more than a notice of what they were and no way to quickly easily add them back. And so I spent the next hour refilling my cart, only to have it empty again in the middle of the process. I began the process again shortly before 4am, only to have it continually empty as I was refilling.This continued until nearly 8am when I gave up and got a couple hours of sleep, hoping that there was some way I would be able to pickup groceries at some point in the day.

 

I have now continually checked on the hour since 11am to no avail, and am no longer even able to add a single item to my cart, let alone reserve a time for pickup.
