Can’t access Pick up and delivery

I received a prompt asking if it was okay for the app to track across apps for better servic, or something to that effect. I selec okay, and now every time I enter the app, it updates my location and nothing happens when I try to cliclick pick up and delivery.
I had been in that part of the app maybe an hour before working on my grocery order. I went back to finish and can't get in. I can't figure out how to undo that setting so the app will work again:(
