I cannot access my Netflix streaming or DVD queue; searching shows white screen

I can acces the main page at Netflix. These features are working: "Watch Instantly", "Just for Kids", and "Taste Profile".
I cannot access "Your Queue", "DVDs" or any of the genre options within "DVDs", and I cannot search for movies. I get a white screen when I click on these various functions.
I am near Phoenix, Arizona.
