Grocery app not working

Can't edit or add new items. Pop up states to wait a few miybegire making changes. Last order I waited 14 hrs before trying again. Still didn't work. I emailed customer service 2 times. Called me right away. Both times the agent said they are having issues. My new order now, I'm having the same issues.
