Will not let me add items to my current order

It says that I can add items to my order up until 1:45am, but every time I try, a message pops up telling me to wait a few minutes before making another change to the order. I was able to decrease the amounts of two items, but it will not let me add anything even though it tells me I can. I've been trying repeatedly all throughout the day on Sunday, since the morning, with no luck.
