Will not let me sign/ shows paid order needs to be resubmitted

The app has me log in over and over saying to verify by email. I did it correctly and it said thank you but sent me back to do it all over again 7 times! Also order wasn't ready at time slot and when I called to check on it they put me on hold and disconnected after 6 minutes. Now when I check email it says "order is prepping" along with "please submit order". I ordered four days ago and paid.
