won't add items to cart, let me login, or checkout

I can add photos to my cart but it will not process the order.
I can search for a bed but when I try to purchse it won't search my zipcode or let me add it to my cart.
When it asks me to log in I put my email address and password. When I push submit the fields are blank again. It doesn't say the password it wrong, it just gives me the login page all over again.
I'm am using google chrome. A lot of people are having this same problem. I haven't been able to order my photo for weeks. I finally tried incongnito and it worked.
