Can't get on website

Been trying to get on website for over a week to order a product.  I called the store & was given 1-800 # to Walmart Customer Service. Was informed I have to establish an account first with Walmart before making an order but the website will not allow me to do that so I can't order the product. Customer Service disconnected my call the first time & there was a problem with the phone line where it sounded like customer service representatiive was pressing a button on their keyboard without release making an ear piercing sound that was deafening & the second time it happened I was hung up on or disconnected. Even though I had given them my phone number, the CS Rep never called back.  I called the 1-800 # again & spoke to another customer representive & their response was there is no problem with their website that the problem must be on my end. I told them I had been attempting to get on their website for over 3 hours to no avail and was very fustrated and asked if they could just send the product to the Wallmart located nearest me so I could go there to pay for it and pick it up. The customer service representative said they were not able to do that without me having an account set up on their website. Well HELLO!! the Walmart website is the problem & I thought that was the purpose and design of the customer service department. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor & the CS Rep, Eliezer, said that they would find out if website was having a problem & call me back in 10 minutes with an answer.  I said to Eliezer before ending the call to please call back regardless whether he could get an answer or not. He assured me he would call me back. I gave my phone number & waited.  The customer service representative never bothered to call back.  This has been a very frustrating experience
