No email in SF. 1 month and 2 days now. Just 1 account--strange.

Engineering said it was a setting issue--it wasn't. I worked on the phone with them today only to their amazement that is was NOT a setting issue.
The email problem still exists and now the problem has been sent back to Engineering. I don't want to wait anymore to use this account. it is the one account that I use for ALL of my day-to-day emails.
WTF!
