Actually called eBay about this problem on Friday 9/28. Guy on the phone said he could fix it on the spot, but then started saying that it was Google's fault (???) that the pages weren't loading properly. I hate when companies (or their IT department) can't accept responsibility for their own malfunctioning products, so I told him "You are LYING"... and that's when eBay hung up on me.
So now I still get the "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server" 403 error.
