1 month today--no email on most used account--thanks Comcast!

On March 30th, I received my last email on my most used Comcast email account.  There is still no "fix" and I have been in touch with them since Day 1.  It's a hassle to switch to a different provider--they must know that and that's why they are apparently in no rush to provide the service that they are charging to their customers.  In the meantime, I have asked for reimbursment for the issue.  Hopefully, all other people writing in this forum will ask for compensation too.  Maybe that's the message that will drive their need to get things fixed.
