can’t get emails

Since around 7:20, Can't get any emails. Keep getting either error message saying username/password not recognized or error try later. After an hour on the phone with tech support, they gave me a number for Apple support and iPhone support. I told them I'm having no issuew w/ devices or other emails...just comcast mail.
