Can't access emails-just goes back to home page

Started 2 days ago and looks like this is a very wide problem. Needs to get fixed ASAP. I use Internet Explorer as my browser and it has always worked fine. This is obviously a problem with Comcast. when I click on the email icon it just takes me back to the homepage again.
