Cannot Get Emails

When I go to comcast site and check emails, all emails are missing from 5 am back to April 15 (it is now 8:20 am April 23rd). When I go back to the site, more emails are missing (now back to March 3rd). When I try to get emails using Outlook, it give me a server not accepting error.
