No Email for Days

Fellow Comcast Customers, I don't think Comcast even reads this site.  I just called again after no reply from a call with them yesterday, and I asked for technical support.   After speaking with an agent I was finally told he isn't even in the Technical Support Dept. and he couldn't help me.  Although it is time consuming, maybe if each, or at least a good number of us, call and directly report this problem, we might get someone to take notice. "Squeaky Wheels..."  Each agent I've spoken to is not even aware that a large-scale problem exists and they try trouble shooting via a scripted checklist of known issues such as "check whether you have too many emails stored. (I'm using 1% of the allowed storage so no, that's not my problem.  Maybe I'd have such a problem if I were even receiving emails). The agent tried sending me email himself and it did not come through. Comcast needs to fix this on their end.  If they hear from enough of us, hopefully they will do something to help.  I told them I'm not the only one with this email issue and even suggested they pull up the site.com reports.   Until then, I'm going to each site where I have my email information on file and changing to an alternate email address so I can at least get important email.  Best to all.
