Cannot Receive Mail Since 3/18!

It looks like I'm only one of many who cannot receive email.  My last email received was 3/18/17.  This needs to be fixed immediately.  I went online to the Xfinity customer service "chat" function yesterday (3/28) and was told by a rep that someone would phone me within 24 hours.  Maybe more customers need to do that and get someone's attention.  Totally unacceptable to have mail down for this period of time!
