Ever since Comcast instituted their "new and improved" email system, 30% of the time I cannot connect; 30% of the time it take 5 minutes or longer and the 30% of the time that I am able to get in, it freezes up. Several calls to Comcast has resulted in no resolution! I am ready to cancel my service!
