eMail Access Down from Xfinity Home Page

Have had this problem for a week now. Everytime I try to access my email from the Xfinity homepage, a new browser tab opens and just brings me back to the homepage again. Tried 3 computers and 3 different browsers, all the same. Plus....its happening on several different email addresses my family has.
