Xfinity my account/entire site will not load!

The site tries to load but the words on the site are all on top of each other, the page looks like it gets stuck. One time in the past 24 hours I've been on for 5 minutes when I could take a look at the billing and then I got the WAIT OR KILL message. I would love for this to be fixed, I could call Comcast, but I can never understand what they are saying, I'd much rather do it on my own. Thank you.
