Thanks for the comment, Eric. I called them three times today. First to do just you did, to speak to a next level expert. When that expert called, the lines were instantl disconnected via landline AND cell (my cell is not comcast.) I called to report THAT, and then I was called another time. It happened again. So I called a third time to report their phone line failure AND email failure. It's a mess. Clearing cookies is such an annoying thing to have you do, especially considering that your phone and both safari and google chrome don't work. This is a frustrating common occurence with comcast.
