I'm having the same problem. Normally my emails come right to my iPhone, however they're not coming through. I've also tried going to comcast.net (on both Safari and Google Chrome), using the My Account app, and signing into my account on xfinity.com, none of them work. I called technical support, spoke to someone who asked me to clear my cookies and history then try again, after that failed, he created an escalation ticket and said someone would be calling me within 6-12 hours to get more information.
