email connectivity doesn't work and lost all email and folder contents

Since 2/10/17 I lost all emails and folder contents. XFinity connect doesn't not work.  On my 4th attempt to resolve Comcast ramped up the problem to a higher tech team and assigned a work ticket.  I haven't heard from anyone since and no problems have been resolved.
